Le risque d\u2019\u00e9mission externe survient si la ventilation de la chambre n\u2019est pas correctement ma\u00eetris\u00e9e. <\/li>\n<li><b>Gestion:<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Contr\u00f4le rigoureux :<\/b> surveillance constante de la concentration d\u2019\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne et du temps d\u2019exposition afin de pr\u00e9venir tout dommage aux fruits.<\/li>\n<li><b>Contr\u00f4le :<\/b> Lors du d\u00e9verdissage, le fruit respire et produit une substance non sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9e. Si l\u2019air n\u2019est pas renouvel\u00e9, cette substance s\u2019accumule et ralentit le processus. La ventilation de cet air constitue une source d\u2019\u00e9mission.  <\/li>\n<li><b>Technologies d\u2019\u00e9limination : <\/b>Utilisation de filtres \u00e0 absorption d\u2019\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne et de syst\u00e8mes de purification de l\u2019air (tels que la technologie Airocide) dans les chambres pour d\u00e9composer le gaz sans g\u00e9n\u00e9rer de sous-produits nocifs (tels que l\u2019ozone), am\u00e9liorant ainsi la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019air apr\u00e8s traitement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>B. Compos\u00e9s organiques volatils (COV) et fongicides<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Les agrumes \u00e9mettent naturellement des compos\u00e9s volatils, comme le limon\u00e8ne, surtout si leur \u00e9corce est ab\u00eem\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>\u00c9missions de COV : <\/b>Le limon\u00e8ne (un COV) et d\u2019autres compos\u00e9s volatils peuvent favoriser la germination des spores de moisissures, comme Penicillium digitatum (moisissure verte). La concentration de ces COV dans l\u2019installation doit \u00eatre ma\u00eetris\u00e9e. <\/li>\n<li><b>\u00c9mission de fongicides : <\/b>Lors des traitements post-r\u00e9colte (par exemple, Imazalil, Orthoph\u00e9nylph\u00e9nol) appliqu\u00e9s pour pr\u00e9venir la pourriture, des a\u00e9rosols ou des vapeurs peuvent \u00eatre produits.<\/li>\n<li><b>Gestion:<\/b>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Ventilation contr\u00f4l\u00e9e <\/b>: Assurez-vous de disposer d\u2019un syst\u00e8me de ventilation et d\u2019extraction efficace dans les zones d\u2019application du traitement afin de capturer et de filtrer ces compos\u00e9s avant de rejeter l\u2019air \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la l\u00e9gislation locale sur la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019air.<\/li>\n<li><b>Syst\u00e8mes d\u2019application efficaces <\/b>: Utilisez des syst\u00e8mes de douche ou de pulv\u00e9risation ferm\u00e9s et contr\u00f4l\u00e9s qui minimisent la dispersion des produits chimiques dans l\u2019environnement.<\/li>\n<li><b>Transition vers les biopesticides <\/b>: r\u00e9duire la d\u00e9pendance aux fongicides de synth\u00e8se au profit de traitements biologiques ou de m\u00e9thodes physiques (comme la temp\u00e9rature) afin de diminuer le risque d\u2019\u00e9missions chimiques.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En r\u00e9sum\u00e9, la gestion des \u00e9missions n\u00e9cessite une approche holistique qui englobe tout, depuis les pratiques agricoles \u00e0 faibles \u00e9missions de carbone jusqu\u2019aux
